We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but if:
Your order isn’t right
Something’s missing
It doesn’t meet your expectations
Please let us know on the spot or within a few hours and we’ll sort it — whether that means a remake, a credit, or a refund.

🛍️ Retail Products & Merch
If you bought something from us (like beans, merch, etc.) and it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days. We’ll happily exchange it or refund you.
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase required (a receipt or email confirmation)
